The Regulations specify the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in Amber Park Niechorze and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, paying a deposit or the entire amount due for a stay at the facility. By performing the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the regulations. The rules and regulations are binding for all Guests staying at Amber Park Niechorze. The rules and regulations are available at www.amber-park.pl.
Check-in time
The room in Amber Park Niechorze is rented for a hotel day.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 11:00 the next day. The Guest should report the request to extend the hotel day at the reception desk. The facility may not grant the request to extend the stay in the case of use of all beds or in the case of Guests who do not comply with the rules in force. Amber Park Niechorze reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the facility in case of failure to make full payment for the existing stay.
Reservation and check-in
The basis for check-in of a Guest is presentation of an identity document with photo to the reception employee, or a document confirming the reservation.
Guests of Amber Park Niechorze are not allowed to transfer the room to a third party, even if the period for which they have paid the fee for the stay has not expired. Persons not checked in to the facility may stay as guests in the hotel room from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Amber Park Niechorze may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the rules, in particular by causing damage to the property of the facility or the property of Guests, damage to the person of the Guest, the employees of the facility or other persons staying at Amber Park Niechorze. Settlement for the stay takes place on the day of arrival at the Guest's check-in. Reservation is called guaranteed, if a prepayment of at least 20% of the value of the reservation is made. Lack of prepayment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
In case of failure to inform the facility about the impossibility of arrival at the start time of the stay or failure to report the Guest to the facility by 10:00 a.m. the next day Amber Park Niechorze may cancel the reservation. The fees charged are then not refundable.
If an offer has no other conditions specified, 2 standard cancellation conditions apply.
1.A wire transfer to the account specified in the booking confirmation or through the quick payment gateway on the website is required to make a reservation. The deposit paid is non-refundable. In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 14 days before the arrival date, the amount of the deposit is transferred to a quota voucher, to be used by the end of the calendar year.
(2) Payment for the entire stay in advance via the online payment system is required to make a reservation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation or failure to show up at the property on the day of arrival, the prepayment made will be forfeited.
In case of cancellation of the Guest's stay during its duration, Amber Park Niechorze does not refund the fee for unused hotel nights.
Services
Amber Park Niechorze provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, Guests are asked to report them immediately to the reception desk, which will enable the staff to improve the standard of services provided.
The facility is obliged to provide Guests with:
conditions for full and unhindered rest,
security of the stay, including the security of keeping the Guest's information confidential,
professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided at the facility,
cleaning of the room and carrying out necessary repairs during the Guest's absence, and in the Guest's presence only if the Guest expresses such a wish.
Responsibility of guests
Children under the age of 12 should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for all possible damages caused by the child. Legal guardians are responsible for any damage to children's health. Special care by legal guardians should be given to children during the use of the pool and the playground.
The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the object caused by his fault, or the fault of his visitors. The facility reserves the right to charge the Guest for the damage caused (fee for losing the key - 50 PLN, fee for neutralizing the smell of tobacco - 1000 PLN).
Amber Park Niechorze has the statutory right of lien on items brought by the Guest in case of delay in payment for the stay or failure to pay for services rendered. Guests of Amber Park Niechorze are responsible for maintaining an appropriate state of culture, sobriety, hygiene and dress in accordance with the standards of public spaces on the premises.
Persons who are intoxicated and/or behave in an aggressive manner will be pointed out to the summoned security services.
The facility may refuse to provide services to a person who violates the provisions of the regulations. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the facility, to pay for the ordered services and to pay the equivalent for any damage and to leave the facility.
Liability of the object
The object shall be liable for loss of or damage to guests' property only if such items have been placed in the hotel depository for safekeeping.
The facility reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items, large sums of money, items that threaten security, and bulky items that cannot be placed in the hotel depository.
The facility is not responsible for damage and loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the hotel parking lot or outside the Amber Park Niechorze.
Return of items left behind
Items of personal use left in the hotel room by the departing Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest's expense.
If the Guest does not receive an instruction to return the left items, the facility will store the left items at the expense of the owner, for a period of 1 month and after this period the items will become the property of the facility. Food items will be stored for 24 hours.
Curfew
The Amber Park Niechorze enforces curfew from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
In the event of non-observance of the curfew and lack of response to staff comments, any person violating the rules will be asked to leave the premises of the resort. In case of refusal, the case may be handed over to the police with referral to the misdemeanor procedure.
Complaint
Guests have the right to lodge a complaint if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided. The complaint should be submitted in writing immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the standard of services provided. The complaint will be considered by the facility within 14 days of the complaint.
The Facility reserves the right to change the booked room to another room in the Facility or in a different location and standard in case of a malfunction and for the time of repairing the defect and bringing the room to working condition.
Buffet Usage
Entry to the buffet area and consumption of the ordered meal is permitted once per day.
Re-entry and consumption after leaving the buffet area are not allowed.
The staff reserves the right to monitor compliance with the buffet rules.
Additional provisions
The facility accepts the presence of pets for a fee by prior arrangement with the Reception.
Both in the Amber Park Niechorze and in its immediate surroundings smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. In the hotel rooms you can also not smoke candles, etc., store dangerous cargo - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials.
The facility reserves the right to maintain, without limitation of time and space, equipment and rooms during the stay.
The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926 as amended) by Amber Park Niechorze for the purposes necessary for the Guest's stay at the facility and the Guest's use of other services provided by the facility. Guests have the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.
It is forbidden to conduct door-to-door canvassing and door-to-door selling on the premises.
Guests are not allowed to make any changes in the hotel rooms and their equipment, except for slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment, not affecting their functionality and safety.
