Rules and Regulations for the
Inflatable Water Park
By entering the Inflatable Water Park, you agree to these Rules and Regulations.
§1. General Rules
- The Inflatable Water Park is a recreational attraction intended exclusively for Guests of Amber Park Spa, Olivina Park and Zatoka Kulinarna, in accordance with the rules set by the Operator.
- The attraction may only be used during its operating hours.
- Use of the Water Park is at the user's own risk and must comply with all safety rules.
- The Operator reserves the right to temporarily close the attraction due to:
- thunderstorms,
- strong winds,
- heavy rainfall,
- technical failure,
- maintenance works,
- any other circumstances that may pose a risk to users' safety.
- The Operator reserves the right to temporarily or immediately suspend operation of the Water Park, limit the number of users, or close the attraction without prior notice, if required by user safety, weather conditions, technical condition of the equipment or other circumstances beyond the Operator's control.
- The number of persons using the Water Park at any one time must not exceed the limits set by the equipment manufacturer and the Operator. Staff have the right to refuse entry or temporarily suspend use of the attraction.
§2. Rules of Use
- Children and minors may use the Water Park only under the constant and direct supervision of a parent or a legal guardian who is of legal age.
- The parent or guardian bears full responsibility for the child's safety and for any damage caused by the child.
- The guardian must at all times observe the child and remain in a position that allows an immediate response.
- The attraction may only be used by persons with no medical contraindications.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any other substances impairing psychophysical fitness are prohibited from using the Water Park.
- The following persons are not permitted to use the Water Park:
- persons with open wounds,
- persons suffering from infectious diseases,
- persons with medical contraindications to physical exertion,
- persons in a condition that may pose a danger to themselves or other users.
- Users must follow all instructions given by staff and comply with all signs and notices posted at the attraction.
- If ordered by staff to leave the attraction, the user must comply immediately.
§3. Safety Rules
While using the Water Park, the following are strictly prohibited:
- pushing, pulling or deliberately knocking over other users,
- jumping on other persons,
- performing dangerous jumps or acrobatics,
- climbing on elements not designed for that purpose,
- bringing sharp, glass or otherwise dangerous objects,
- using the attraction while wearing glasses, jewellery, watches or carrying items that could cause injury or damage to the infrastructure,
- eating, drinking or chewing gum,
- touching power equipment or air blowers,
- using the attraction in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose,
- using the equipment while wearing footwear, unless the manufacturer's instructions state otherwise,
- using mobile phones, cameras or other electronic devices while on the attraction,
- bringing items that could fall out of pockets or cause injury to other users.
§4. User Obligations
- Every user is required to exercise particular caution at all times.
- Instructions given by staff must be followed without exception.
- Any damage to the infrastructure or any safety hazard must be reported to staff immediately upon discovery.
§5. Liability
- Amber Park Spa shall not be liable for accidents resulting from failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations or from improper use of the infrastructure.
- Persons who violate these Rules may be removed from the attraction area without the right to a refund or any other compensation.
- Parents or guardians are liable for any damage caused by minors in their care.
- Adult users bear full legal and financial responsibility for any damage caused by their own actions.
- In the event of damage to the infrastructure, equipment or fittings of the Water Park, the person responsible — or their parent or guardian — shall be obliged to cover the full cost of repair, restoration or replacement of the damaged property.
- Amber Park Spa reserves the right to seek compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
- Every user is obliged to immediately report to staff any damage to equipment or infrastructure, as well as any accident or injury that occurs while using the attraction.
§6. Final Provisions
- Entering the Water Park area constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
- These Rules apply to all persons using the attraction and to all persons present within the attraction area.
- Matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the attraction shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over Amber Park Spa, in accordance with applicable law.
Rules and Regulations for the
Recreational Area
Applies to the area comprising:
- Inflatable Water Park,
- inflatable bouncy castles,
- playground,
- trampoline,
- football pitch,
- beach volleyball court,
- badminton court.
By entering the recreational area, you agree to these Rules and Regulations.

- The recreational area is intended exclusively for Guests of Amber Park Spa, Olivina Park and Zatoka Kulinarna, in accordance with the rules applicable at the facility.
- Use of the attractions is at the user's own risk.
- Children may be present in the area only under the constant supervision of a parent or a legal guardian who is of legal age.
- Parents and guardians bear full responsibility for the behaviour of children in their care.
§2. Rules of Use
The following are prohibited throughout the entire area:
- damaging equipment and infrastructure,
- using attractions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose,
- consuming alcohol or being under its influence,
- using narcotic substances,
- bringing dangerous objects,
- behaviour that endangers the safety of other persons,
- littering,
- bringing animals onto recreational equipment.
§3. Liability
- Every user is required to use the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.
- Adult users bear full legal and financial responsibility for any damage caused by their own actions.
- Parents or guardians are liable for any damage caused by minors in their care.
- In the event of damage to equipment, infrastructure or fittings, the person responsible shall be obliged to cover the full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property.
- Amber Park Spa has the right to seek compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
