A warm welcome to Amber Park Spa & Olivina Park in Niechorze. We are delighted that you have decided to spend time with us together with your four-legged friend. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our Guests, please familiarize yourself with the following rules.
1. Fee for a dog’s stay

A stay with a dog is subject to a fee (per night) according to the current price list.

A dog bed and bowl are provided by the hotel (welcome set).

The fee does not include food for the pet.
2. Preparation for the stay

Please inform us of your intention to arrive with a dog already at the reservation stage, including details of the breed and weight of the pet.

The owner is required to have the dog’s up-to-date vaccination booklet and a leash.
3. Rules for staying and moving around the hotel

The owner bears full responsibility for the dog’s behavior during the stay.

In public hotel areas, dogs must be kept on a leash (e.g., in the lobby, hallways).

For hygiene and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in the SPA area, swimming pool, or gym.

In the dining area during meals, a designated zone for Guests with dogs will be assigned by staff. Pets must be on a leash.

Approaching the food buffets with a pet is prohibited.

By accepting the dog policy, Guests are obliged to follow staff instructions regarding designated zones for Guests with pets.

In case of barking, howling, growling, or other disturbing behavior, or damage to property, staff has the right to request that the pet be removed from the dining area to the Guest’s room.
4. Cleanliness and order

The owner is obliged to clean up after their dog, both in the room, in common areas, and around the hotel grounds.

Hotel towels, bed linen, and blankets must not be used for pet care.
5. Damage and liability

The dog’s owner bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet (e.g., damage to furniture, carpets, doors).

Repair or replacement costs will be added to the Guest’s bill after full assessment.
6. Leaving the dog in the room

During the owner’s absence, the dog must be secured, and reception must be informed, leaving an up-to-date active phone number.

In the event of barking, howling, or damage to property, staff has the right to enter the room or cottage without the Guest’s consent.
7. Other provisions

Amber Park Spa and Olivina Park are pet-friendly places; however, for the comfort and safety of all Guests, we kindly ask you to follow the dog policy and staff instructions.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation for a dog if its behavior is aggressive or disturbing to other Guests.

In case of violation of the rules, the hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation agreement.
