Regulations for Staying with a Dog at Amber Park Spa

Dear Guests,

We warmly welcome you to Amber Park Spa in Niechorze. We are delighted that you have decided to spend your time with us together with your four-legged friend. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all Guests, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following rules.

1. Dog Stay Fee

• A stay with a dog at the hotel is subject to a daily fee, according to the current price list.

• The hotel provides a dog bed and bowl (welcome set).

• The fee does not include food for the animal.

2. Preparation for the Stay

• Please inform us of your intention to arrive with a dog at the time of booking.

• The owner is required to have the dog’s valid vaccination booklet as well as a muzzle and leash.

3. Moving Around the Hotel

• The owner is fully responsible for the dog’s behavior.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle in public areas of the hotel (e.g. lobby, corridors).

• For hygiene and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, café, bar, SPA area, swimming pool, gym, or children’s playground.

4. Cleanliness and Order

• The owner is obliged to clean up after their dog, both in the room and on the hotel grounds.

• It is forbidden to use hotel towels, bed linen, or blankets for pet care.

5. Damage and Liability

• The dog’s owner bears full financial responsibility for any damage (e.g. to furniture, carpets, doors) caused by the animal.

• The cost of repair or replacement of damaged property will be added to the Guest’s bill.

6. Leaving the Dog in the Room

• Dogs may not be left alone in the room if they tend to bark, howl, or destroy property.

• When the owner is absent, the dog must stay in a transport crate.

• The owner must hang a sign on the door handle indicating that a dog is in the room, to prevent unnecessary disturbance by hotel staff.

7. Other Provisions

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a dog if its behavior is aggressive or disturbing to other Guests.

• In the event of a violation of these rules, the hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect.
