Our facility offers a relaxation area for your disposal – a pool, specifically for children a paddling pool, steam bath, 8-person jacuzzi, dry sauna, SPA and massage rooms.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi are available at no additional charge from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

The dry and steam saunas (also available at no additional charge) are typically open from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

We invite you to take advantage of the treatment and massage offers performed by our professional masseurs. To ensure availability of appointments and convenient times for you, we recommend making a reservation in advance by phone or email. The current Spa price list can be found on our website, in the SPA & Wellness section. Without a reservation, treatments may not be executed.

Facilities for children

Amber Park Spa is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring the safety of your children. We have a large garden with unrestricted (outside of the winter season) access to the "ball pit" playground.

The property also offers free rental of a bathing tub, potty, iron, clothes dryer (depending on availability), as well as the option to set up a travel crib for an additional fee (10 zł for the crib, 20 zł for the crib with bedding/per night).

Additionally, in the restaurant, we provide high chairs, as well as plastic plates and cutlery.

Children Policy

Children aged 4-14 years have a 50% discount on their stay. A 50% discount for a child is calculated in a 3-bed room with two full-paid adults and for two children with two full-paid adults in a 4-bed room. When choosing a double room, the discount is not calculated, the base price of the room is the price for 2 adults.

Pets Policy

Arrival with a dog requires the approval of the reception. The following are accepted: dogs (up to 15 kg) at the price of PLN 50 per day, dogs (over 15 kg) at the price of PLN 70 per day | It is possible to come with a dog (up to 30 kg) - please contact the reception.

Parking lot - information

Parking (except in the case of packages and special offers) in standard offers is charged extra PLN 30 or PLN 40 per day.

Cancellation terms

To make a booking, you need to provide your credit card details, and 20% advance payment is charged. In the case of booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled date, the 20% advance payment is not refunded. The remaining payment for the booking is payable upon arrival.
