Subject of the regulations The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Amber Park Niechorze and is an integral part of the contract, the conclusion of which takes place by making a reservation, payment of an advance or the entire amount due for the stay in the facility. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the regulations The regulations apply to all guests staying in Amber Park Niechorze The regulations are available on the website www.amber-park.pl. Hotel night A room in Amber Park Niechorze is rented for hotel days. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. A request to extend the hotel day should be reported by the Guest at the reception. The facility may not take into account the wish to extend the stay in the case of using all the accommodation places or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations. Amber Park Niechorze reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the facility in the event of failure to make full payment for the stay so far. Reservation and check-in The guest's check-in is based on the presentation of a photo ID or a document confirming the reservation to the receptionist. The guest of Amber Park Niechorze cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the due fee for the stay has not expired. People who are not checked in the facility may stay in a hotel room from 10:00 to 20:00. Amber Park Niechorze may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during their previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property or the property of Guests, damage to the Guest, employees of the facility or other persons staying in Amber Park Niechorze. Settlement for the stay is made on the day of arrival at the Guest's check-in. The booking is guaranteed if a prepayment of at least 20% of the booking value is made. Failure to make a deposit may result in the cancellation of the booking. In the event of failure to inform the facility about the impossibility of arriving at the time of check-in or failure to report to the facility by 10:00 the next day, Amber Park Niechorze may cancel the reservation. The collected fees are then non-refundable. In the event of the Guest's resignation from the stay during its duration, Amber Park Niechorze will not refund the fee for unused hotel days. Services Amber Park Niechorze provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the reception desk, which will enable employees to improve the standard of services provided. The facility is required to provide guests with: conditions for full and unhindered rest, safety of stay, including the security of keeping secret information about the Guest, professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the facility, cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he expresses such a wish. Responsibility of guests Children under the age of 12 should be on the premises under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for all possible damage caused by the child. Legal guardians are responsible for any loss of health of children. Particular care by legal guardians should be given to children while using the swimming pool and the playground. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The facility reserves the right to charge the Guest for the damage caused (fee for losing the key - PLN 50, fee for neutralizing the tobacco smell - PLN 1000). Amber Park Niechorze has a statutory right of lien on items brought in by the Guest in the event of delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to pay for the services provided. Guests of Amber Park Niechorze are responsible for maintaining a proper state of culture, sobriety, hygiene and clothing in the facility in accordance with the standards applicable in public spaces. Persons intoxicated and / or behaving in an aggressive manner will be indicated to the requested security services. In the event of violation of the provisions of the regulations, the facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the facility, settle the amount due for the ordered services and pay the equivalent for any damage and to leave the facility. Liability of the facility The facility is liable for loss or damage to the Guests' property only if these items have been placed in the hotel deposit.
